ICM agent Brian Sher is ankling the percentery to form Category 5 Entertainment, a management-production company.

Sher joined ICM’s motion picture department in 2000, repping writers, directors and actors. His clients are expected to remain at the agency.

Clients joining Sher at Category 5 include Marc Klein (“A Good Year,” “Serendipity”), Kevin Bisch (“Hitch”), Farhad Safinia (“Apocalypto”), Mike Lisbe and Nate Reger (“Space Invader”), Edwin Cannistraci and Frederick Seton (“Pierre, Pierre”), Michael Meredith (“Open Road”) and multihyphenate T.I. Sher and ICM characterized the parting as amicable.
