LONDON — Struggling U.K. kidvid outfit Entertainment Rights has promoted Chloe van den Berg to the position of executive director of international.
Currently director of sales, van den Berg will report to Jane Smith, chief creative and commercial director.
According to Smith, van den Berg’s goals will include increasing the presence of the company’s portfolio outside of North America, as well as securing new content.
The publicly listed company, which is in preliminary talks about a possible takeover, has also upped a number of other members of the sales team.
Emmanuelle Bon and Leila Ouledcheikh have both been promoted to senior territory manager, while Barbora Sopkova becomes territory manager for Central and Eastern Europe. Bruna Ruaro has been promoted to sales executive covering Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Turkey.
The reshuffle follows the departure last month of founder Mike Heap and the appointment of former Warner Music U.K. CEO Nick Phillips as chief exec.
