Exec to launch indie production company
Longtime NBC exec Vince Manze is exiting the Peacock.
Manze had most recently served as president of creative services at the network, having been transitioned out of his previous job as president of program planning, scheduling and strategy.
Exec spent most of his NBC career in advertising and marketing, having served as president of the NBC Agency.
Separately, the exec also developed TV projects and created the short-lived series “She Spies.” Manze first joined NBC as VP, advertising and promotion, NBC West Coast, in March 1990.
Manze’s other credits include time at Steve Sohmer Co., KNBC, WCAU, WCBS and WLS.
Manze next plans to launch an independent production shingle.
