Valentine sent to ‘Estate’

Actor to join Sci Fi reality show

Steve Valentine has been tapped as lord of the manor on the new Sci Fi Channel reality-competish series, “Estate of Panic.”

Valentine, who is best known for playing Dr. Nigel Townsend for six years on NBC procedural “Crossing Jordan,” will immediately join production of the Endemol USA-produced “Panic,” which is set to premiere at 10 p.m. Nov. 12 on Sci Fi. Six one-hour episodes have been ordered.

Series features seven individuals looking for large quantities of hidden cash on a huge estate filled with unforeseen challenges. Richard Hall serves as exec producer.
