George named executive VP creative services

Overture Films has tapped Jackson George exec VP of creative services.

George will supervise the theatrical creative campaigns for the studio and be responsible for generating marketing materials, including trailers, television and print advertising.

Prior to joining Overture, George was creative director at In Sync Advertising, where he created ad campaigns for over 100 films, including “Cast Away,” “Walk the Line,” and “3:10 to Yuma.”
