Allied Advertising, Public Relations has restructured its top management ranks, upping Gerry Feldman to chairman and naming Clint Kendall and David McDonald as co-presidents.
Change comes as the company continues to up its profile in film and TV marketing and recently expanded into the live theater biz.
Feldman previously served as prexy of the Los Angeles-based company that claims many of the town’s studios and TV networks as clients. It’s also recently been working on campaigns for cablers Discovery, TNT and TBS.
Allied previously did not have a chairman overseeing the company.
Kendall, a former investment banker, has worked at Allied since 2001, most recently serving as the company’s chief financial officer.
McDonald was most recently prexy of the company’s Western division. He first began working with Allied in 2000 as part of a joint venture between the ad shop and his own agency. McDonald & Associates later merged with Allied.
