Facebook's Scrabulous success inspires action

It’s all-out war for Facebook’s Scrabble players.

Over the past two years, the knockoff Scrabulous has become a phenom on the social site, drawing more than 500,000 players per day.

Hasbro has been none too happy over the success of a digital clone of its board game and, after unsuccessful attempts to get Scrabulous pulled, has teamed with Electronic Arts to launch an official version of Scrabble that launches across the Web this month.
