MTC’s ‘To Be’ pushed back

Casting changes delay show

Manhattan Theater Club production “To Be or Not to Be” has pushed back its preview date by a couple of days in the wake of a couple of recent casting changes.

Brian Murray and Craig Bierko, two of the better-known thesps in the show’s originally announced cast, have both recently parted ways with the production, replaced by, respectively, Peter Maloney and David Rasche.

Helmed by Casey Nicholaw (“The Drowsy Chaperone”), the show now opens Sept. 13 instead of Sept. 11.
