The Broadway transfer of Neil LaBute play “Reasons to Be Pretty” has booked the Lyceum Theater for a run that opens in April.
“Pretty” originated earlier this year in an Off Broadway engagement that was part of MCC Theater’s 2007-08 season. Rialto stint is backed by Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel and Steve Traxler, the trio of commercial producers behind “August: Osage County” and “Speed-the-Plow.”

Terry Kinney reprises his helming duties. Design team includes David Gallo (sets), Sarah J. Holden (costumes), David Weiner (lights), and Rob Milburn and Michael Bodeen (music and sound).
Show is produced by Richards, Frankel, Traxler, Hal Thau, Ted Snowden and Doug Nevins/Erica Schwartz in association with MCC.
Production begins perfs March 6 ahead of an April 2 opening.
