Teen Choice adds new category

'Do Something' award to be presented Aug. 4

The 2008 Teen Choice awards will be adding a new category.

The “Do Something” award will recognize a non-celebrity leader who has dedicated his time to impacting social issues.

The winner will be given $100,000 for his or her program. Winner will be announced at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards on Aug. 4.
