Film company nabs Sundance trio

STOCKHOLM — Three Sundance pics were among the acquisitions made by NonStop Entertainment at the recently concluded Berlin Film Festival.

NonStop bought rights to Courtney Hunt’s drama “Frozen River” and Oliver Blackburn’s thriller “Donkey Punch” for distribution in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.Revenge thriller “Red,” helmed by Trygve Allister Diesen and Lucky McKee, was bought for distribution in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland.

Rights to Korean thriller “Seven Days” and John Sayles’ “Honeydripper” were bought for the five Nordic countries.
