Buyers grab 'Grown Ups,' 'Wendy'

Cannes Critics’ Week pic “Home,” which is handled by Paris-based shingle, Memento Films Intl., has been sold to Greece (Rosebud), Italy (Teodora), Portugal (Atalanta), India (Alliance Media & Entertainment), the U.K. (Soda Pictures), Netherlands (Lumiere Cinema) and Switzerland (Filmcooperative). Deals with U.S. are Japan are pending. A French-Swiss-Belgian co-prod, pic is Swiss filmmaker Ursula Meier’s first feature for theatrical release.

“Grown Ups” — Memento’s other title screening in Critics’ Week — has been picked up for Switzerland (Xenix), Benelux (Imagine), India (Alliance Media) and Austria (Filmladen). Sales deals with Germany and Belgium are pending.

Memento’s drama “Wendy and Lucy” has sold to U.K.’s Soda, Turkey’s Mars Production and India’s Alliance Media.

“Class” has closed more deals with Austria (Polyfilm), Scandinavia (Nonstop Sales) and India (Alliance Media).
