Locarno adds two titles to lineup

Israeli actor Liron Levo joins jury

Two more titles have been added to the lineups of the Locarno Film Festival (Aug. 6-16), bringing each of the two competitions to a final 18 titles.

The French-Canadian “Story of Jen,” a sophomore feature by Francois Rotger (“The Passenger”) that stars Marina Hands (“Lady Chatterley”), will unspool as a world preem in the Intl. Competition. U.S. helmer Sean Baker’s “Prince of Broadway,” set in Manhattan’s counterfeit fashion milieu, will screen in the Filmmakers of the Present Competition as an international preem.

Fest has also announced the final member of the Intl. Competition jury. Israeli actor Liron Levo, whose credits include several pics with director Amos Gitai (this year’s Golden Leopard honoree), will join a jury including helmers Goran Paskaljevic and Paolo Sorrentino.
