Rosenberg to accept award on Oct. 27

The Hollywood Film Festival has added the Screen Actors Guild to its honor roll in recognition of the org’s 75th anniversary.

SAG prexy Alan Rosenberg will accept the award at the Hollywood Awards ceremony Oct. 27.

“For the past 75 years, SAG has distinguished itself as a powerful, unified voice on behalf of artists’ rights. We commend SAG for its continued commitment to its membership,” said fest exec director Carlos de Abreu.

SAG will join this year’s other honorees including Josh Brolin, Dustin Hoffman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Ben Stiller.

The Hollywood Film Festival runs Wednesday through Oct. 27.
