Gitai’s ‘Later’ sells to U.S., Canada

Film stars Jeanne Moreau

Israeli filmmaker Amos Gitai’s “Later” (“Plus tard tu comprendras”) has been sold for the U.S. and Canada.

Roissy Films sold U.S. rights to Kino Intl. and Seville Pictures in Canada.

Based on Jerome Clement’s autobiographic novel, the Jeanne Moreau-starrer deals with a man’s attempt to collect memories of his grandparents who died in a concentration camp during the Holocaust.

Pic is a co-production between Belgium and Germany.
