BUENOS AIRES — Argentina’s Flor Latina Entertainment Group has incorporated such formats as soccer fiction series “Cebollitas” as it expands international sales.
The sales outfit also took distribution rights of “Primera dama se busca” (First Lady Wanted), which was written by “Cebollitas” scribe Daniel Datola.
Flor inked to handle international sales for products of Arena Entertainment Group, including entertainment skeins “Crees que soy sexy” (Do You Believe I’m Sexy) and “Viva la diferencia” (Long Live the Difference). Arena is a venture of Jorge Gonzalez Roulet and Jorge Oneglia.
It also picked up rights to long-running satirical news program “Television registrada,” a production of Diego and Fernando Gvirtz’s PPT Pensado para Television.
Flor Latina is owned by vet sales exec Silvana D’Angelo and Pablo Bossi, a former head of Disney-backed Patagonik Film Group in Argentina who now runs Pampa Films with backing from Spain’s Filmax Entertainment.
