LONDON Organizers at the Dubai Intl. Film Festival have announced the 5th edition of the fest will unspool from Dec. 11-18 this year.
Expanded fest will, for the first time, include a programming section dedicated to animation. The fest’s Muhr Awards, launched in 2006 to award excellence in Arab cinema, is also being opened up to include a competish for pix from Asia and Africa.
