Second APN award given to 'Death Note' star

TOKYO — The Asian Producers Network presented its APN award to Kenichi Matsuyama, star of the three hit “Death Note” pics and comic-based smash “Detroit Metal City,” on Wednesday at Tokyo’s Grand Prince Akasaka Hotel.

Last year’s winner of the inaugural APN award was “Secret Sunshine” star Do-yeon Jeon.
