Actors join Breathnach’s ‘Mist’

Kebbel, Carter, Dillane board supernatural thriller

Arielle Kebbel (“The Grudge 2”), Sarah Carter (“Shark”) and Stephen Dillane (“Spy Game”) have all boarded helmer Paddy Breathnach’s supernatural thriller “Red Mist.”

Lensing began Feb. 4 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Coin for project came from Generator’s slate financing pact with Limelight and investment from Northern Ireland Screen and Framestore Features, the production division of U.K. postproduction company Framestore- CFC.

Starz has acquired U.S. rights while the Little Film Company is handling worldwide sales. Pic is expected to be delivered by November.

Generator Entertainment was set up by U.K. producers Mark Huffam and Simon Bosanquet. Shingle has a fivefeature slate set up with Limelight. Other projects include “The God Machine,” “Beach Boys,” “Chatakwa Falls” and horror mock doc “Video 8.”
