Canwest veteran to work out of Toronto office

Peace Arch Entertainment has tapped Gerry Noble as its CEO based in Toronto.

Sagansky lauded Noble’s leadership capabilities and entertainment experience.

Most recently, exec was prexy and CEO of Transit TV Network, a digital media company based in the U.S. that is a subsidiary of Canada’s Torstar.

He served in various roles at Canwest. In 2000, he was named prexy-CEO of Canwest’s Canuck TV operations. He also served as chief exec of TV3 New Zealand, CEO of CanWest Radio, director of Network Ten in Oz, director of TV3 in Ireland and CEO of Fireworks Entertainment, Canwest’s feature film production and distribution outfit.
