DiLorenzo back in Fox fold

Exec named executive VP of strategy

Marc DiLorenzo has been named executive VP of strategy and business development at Fox Filmed Entertainment.

DiLorenzo, a one-time Fox exec who previously led the strategy and business development group for broadcasting and cable TV operations, rejoins the studio where he will be responsible for initiating, developing and managing global strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. He will also take an active role in extending the brand of FFE properties into digital and other revenue channels. Additionally, DiLorenzo will oversee the studio’s deal analysis efforts for all films produced by the myriad Fox labels.

“Marc’s guidance will be critical in identifying new growth opportunities for Fox Filmed Entertainment,” said Dean Hallett, FFE executive VP of operations & strategy and chief financial officer. “His digital media experience and strategic planning background are the perfect combination to address our current and future challenges.”

DiLorenzo returns to Fox after a stint as chief operating officer and managing director for Citigroup’s Private Bank division.
