Actor may join Streep in Meyers' Universal film
Alec Baldwin is in talks to join Meryl Streep in the untitled romantic comedy that Nancy Meyers scripted and will direct for Universal.
Baldwin will play one of two men who get caught up in a romantic triangle with Streep. The film begins shooting Feb. 12.
Baldwin, who is nominated for an Emmy for “30 Rock,” most recently completed work on the Nick Cassavetes-directed “My Sister’s Keeper” for New Line.
Meyers is producing her comedy with Scott Rudin.
