'Battle in Seattle', 'Her Eyes' to also bow
“The Last Lullaby,” starring Tom Sizemore, will world premiere at the AFI Dallas Film Festival.
Two music docus will also make their U.S. bows at the fest: Scott Hicks’ “Glass: A Portrait of Philip in Twelve Parts,” and Michael Albright’s “Sonic Youth: Sleeping Nights Awake.”
Twelve other films, including two from Sundance, round out the fest’s 15 selections. Highlights include Stuart Townsend’s “Battle in Seattle,” starring Charlize Theron and Woody Harrelson, and Vadim Perelman’s “The Life Before Her Eyes,” starring Uma Thurman.
AFI Dallas runs March 27-April 6.
