Tariq Anwar

Editor, 'Revolutionary Road'

Born in New Delhi, Anwar grew up in London and learned his craft over 18 years at the BBC, where he cut such staples as “Doctor Who” and the miniseries “Summer’s Lease,” which

happened to star his actress daughter Gabrielle Anwar. Since moving into features, the multiple-BAFTA winner (“Oppenheimer,” “Caught on a Train”) has racked up credits such as “The Good Shepherd,” “The Madness of King George” and “American Beauty,” which won him an Oscar nom. Next up: the cautionary tale “Revolutionary Road,” which reunited him with “American Beauty” director Sam Mendes.
