MPTF senior executive will be on board

Chuck Jones Center has elected Emilie Kennedy to its creativity board of directors, making her the first ever board member outside of the Jones Family.

Kennedy works as a senior executive with the Motion Picture & Television Fund Foundation.

“Our family has known and respected Emilie for years,” chairman Craig Kausen said. “We expect that Emilie’s efforts will further strengthen our bond with the creative community in Southern California and around the world.”

Kennedy is responsible for raising more than $100 million over the past ten years as administrative director of the MPTF Foundation. She also worked to create and develop The Next Generation Council of the MPTF.

Chuck Jones Center for Creativity is a nonprofit arts organization that works to foster and encourage creativity in films with a focus on young people using the works of animation director Chuck Jones as inspiration.
