Leo-McKerrow leaves Worldwide Channel

HONG KONG — BBC Asia announced the resignation Wednesday of BBC Worldwide Channels Asia’s senior VP and g.m. Christine Leo-McKerrow.

“After three intense and incredibly rewarding years of launching five new channel brands and building the foundations for the BBC channels business throughout Asia, it is time to stop to take a well-earned break,” Leo-McKerrow said in statement.

Prior to joining the BBC, Leo-McKerrow was at HBO Asia and headed up Nickelodeon’s Asian office. Her departure will be effective at the end of January.
