NBC Universal Global Networks has shuffled its flow chart to absorb the buyout two months ago of Sparrowhawk Media, elevating Francois Roux to managing director of operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Roux will preside over the distribution of a number of NBC U networks internationally, including Sci Fi, 13th Street, Universal Channel, Studio Universal, Hallmark’s foreign channels, Diva TV, Movies 24 and the NBC U stake in KidsCo.
Reporting to Roux are Luca Cadura, managing director of operations in Italy; Carolina Godayol for Spain; and Colin McLeod for Central & Eastern Europe. Managing directors for the U.K., France and Germany are still to be named.
Raymund Miranda is m.d. of operations for Asia, based in Singapore, while Steve Patschek will do the same in Latin America.
Diana Klein, senior VP of finance and chief financial officer of the network-entertainment division of NBC U in Burbank, will move to London to become chief financial officer of NBC U Global Networks.
