Goverment talks TV rights

Panel calls for boost in distribution

A government advisory panel is calling for more rights for TV production companies to boost international and Internet distribution of Japanese content.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications set up the panel in November, with participants including the Fuji and TBS webs.
