International arm of network promotes three European executives
HOLLYWOOD — The international TV sales arm of NBC Universal has upped a trio of Europe-based execs.
Receiving new stripes are Don McGregor, Carolyn Stalins and Martine Meunier. The first two now report directly to Belinda Menendez, the international TV distribution division’s L.A.-based prexy.
In London, McGregor has been promoted from VP to senior VP-sales liaison, managing free and pay TV sales in the U.K., in addition to overseeing Scandinavia, Benelux, Israel, Turkey, South Africa, the Mideast and Eastern Europe. Before joining NBC U in 2002, he was director of international sales for Canal Plus in the U.S.
In Paris, Stalins has been promoted from VP to senior VP-sales liaison, overseeing sales in France, Italy and Germany. Stalins joined NBC U in 2005 from MGM’s foreign sales arm.
Also based in London, Meunier has been promoted from director to VP-sales liaison, overseeing sales across Eastern Europe. Before joining the studio in 2002, she was the TV and video sales manager for Eastern Europe at StudioCanal. Meunier reports to McGregor.
