Agent signs on for corporate consulting gig
Mark Sacks has joined the William Morris Agency as a corporate consulting and new-media agent.Sacks most recently was an agent in Creative Artists Agency’s marketing department. Before that, he served as director of national promotions at Warner Bros. Pictures, where he brokered tie-ins between brands and the studio’s pics. He also developed businesses for Starbucks and worked as a regional marketing manager for Nike, overseeing event marketing, PR, advertising, sponsorships and promotions for the Southwest region. WMA Consulting reps such clients as Hasbro, Anheuser-Busch, General Motors, Hilton, HP, MySpace.com, Starbucks and Swarovski.
