Endeavor’s fledgling book division has hired lit agent Rebecca Oliver to oversee foreign and domestic subsidiary rights.
The division, based in Endeavor’s New York HQ, was started earlier this year by ex-ICM agent Richard Abate.
Oliver had been at Grand Central Publishing since 1999, most recently as associate director of subsidiary rights, handling serial and translation rights for GCP and its imprints. She oversaw the launch of the Hachette Book Group’s large-print program. Oliver began her career selling domestic and foreign rights for St. Martin’s Press.
