Fox TV executive adds duties

Redier Linsk upped to senior VP

Fox has upped Donna Redier Linsk to senior VP of business affairs and alternative production, expanding her reach in the nonscripted arena.

Redier Linsk has already handled the business-related issues surrounding hit Fox alternative series such as “American Idol,” Hell’s Kitchen,” “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” and “So You Think You Can Dance.” With the promotion, she’ll now take on business-related production oversight of those shows as well, in addition to risk management.

The exec had previously served as senior VP of business affairs at Fox since 2004. Before that, Redier Linsk headed up business and legal affairs inside Fox TV Studios’ alternative programming department, where she worked on shows such as “The Shield.”

Redier Linsk’s other credits include time at Gaumont TV, where she handled business and legal affairs for programs such as “Highlander: The Series.”

Redier Linsk spent several years in Paris, consulting for companies such as the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel. She also repped production companies and talent for the British law firm Beresford Lowe & Co.
