CW promotes Kevin Levy

Exec will be VP of planning, scheduling

The CW has upped Kevin Levy to VP of program planning and scheduling.

Levy manages day-to-day scheduling of series and specials on the CW. He’s been at the network (or its predecessor UPN) since 1998, joining as an assistant in the scheduling department.

Exec, who most recently served as director of the department, reports to CBS/CW scheduling supremo Kelly Kahl.

Separately, Justin Rosenblatt has joined the CW as director of alternative programming. He was previously senior director of programming and series development for MTV2, working on projects such as “Wildboyz” and “Celebrity Death Match.”

Rosenblatt reports to both CW senior veep of alternative Jennifer Bresnan and CBS/CW reality czar Ghen Maynard.
