The skinny: Though the net doesn’t draw as highly as others in total viewers, the 18-49 constituency continues to stay strong, as it ranked fifth among overall ad-supported cablers. “Nip/Tuck” is cable’s best series in that demo for three years running, an impressive accomplishment, since the skein is no youngster anymore, having just finished its fourth season. Courteney Cox starrer “Dirt” opened solidly in January to demo numbers similar to the premiere episode of “Nip/Tuck” in July 2003, and got a 21% jump in total viewers after TiVo supplied figures of its most-watched shows.
