Shivaree deserves props for not playing it straight very often and reworking the tunes to give the album a distinct casual feel. Deconstruction of Michael Jackson’s “Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough,” with Parsley’s breathy, come-hither vocals, is the real treat here. Oddly enough, “Tainted Love” is not one of the songs covered.
