Rabhan, Dill, Turner form music co.

Jeff Rabhan, Stuart Dill and Cal Turner III have formed Three Ring Projects, an entertainment company specializing in artist management, publishing, licensing, endorsements and touring.

Company will have offices in Los Angeles and Nashville.

Initial management roster includes the Wreckers (Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp), Jermaine Dupri, Kelis, “American Idol’s” Elliott Yamin, Everlast and singer-songwriter Holly Williams.

Rabhan has spent the past five years as a partner with the Firm; Dill is president of Refugee Management Intl.; and Turner owns the indie music publisher Cal IV Publishing. Dill and Turner co-own Refugee Management and Dualtone Records.

Company will hire execs to handle branding, licensing and marketing as well as artist development and tour marketing and production.

“We’re not going to be prejudiced when it comes to any specific genre,” Dill said. “We’re just prejudiced when it comes to great music.”
