Road box office dips for 11-show slate

NEW YORK — Road receipts decreased in Week 51 (May 14-20) as the 13-show slate dipped 2.71% to $11,497,034.

The decrease was in part due to a week-long hiatus for “Chicago,” which is overseas until the 27th.

Los Angeles’ “Wicked” was the highest grossing show for the week at $1,588,356, while the Denver run of “Wicked” broke the house record with $1,474,565 — the second highest gross for the week.
