Road B.O. dips for 11-show slate

NEW YORK — Road receipts dropped in Week 35 (Jan. 22-28) as the 10-show slate dropped 8.87% to $8,360,835.

The decrease was in part due to “Chicago” going on hiatus until Feb. 5 and the previous week’s closing of “Movin’ Out.”

Baltimore’s “Wicked” was on top for a third consecutive week, breaking a house record.

Washington, D.C.’s “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” sold out its first four-week run.
