Atlantic Stage 2 nabs ‘Error’

Venue to premiere Reddin production

The world preem of Keith Reddin’s “Human Error” is the next production at Atlantic Stage 2, the smaller venue of the Atlantic Theater Company (“Spring Awakening,” “10 Million Miles”).

Play, about two NTSB investigators who become entwined in the life of a plane crash survivor, will run Aug. 1-26, with an official opening set for Aug. 8.

Tracy Brigden, a.d. of City Theater in Pittsburgh, directs a cast that includes Ray Anthony Thomas, Meg Gibson and Tim Guinee.

After “Human Error,” the next two shows set for Stage 2 are “Three Short Plays by Ethan Coen” and Annie Baker’s “Body Awareness.”
