Projects include 'Genova,' ''Willow'

CANNES — The U.K. Film Council’s New Cinema Fund has committed £1.92 million ($3.84 million) to five projects — Michael Winterbottom’s “Genova,” Dominic Murphy’s “White Lightnin’ — The Jesco White Murders,” Martin Radich’s “Crack Willow,” and the first two projects from digital studio Warp X, “Donkey Punch” and “Complete History.”
