Tribeca announces new venture

Tomorrow Unlimited teams festival with RES

As the Tribeca Film Festival readies its sixth edition, parent Tribeca Enterprises has announced new multimedia venture Tomorrow Unlimited.

The division is a co-venture with former principals of RES Media Group, whose assets include RESFest and RES magazine. It will be led by CEO Karol Martesko-Fenster and chief operating officer John Turk, along with Jesse Ashlock, Jeremy Boxer, Khris Kline and Sam Margolius. They all worked together at RES Media, which Martesko-Fenster and Turk co-founded and ran for 10 years.

Martesko-Fenster and Turk have been responsible for a number of consequential entertainment and media properties, including, Filmmaker magazine, the CMJ music festival and tech business journal the Silicon Alley Reporter.

No specific projects have been set at Tomorrow Unlimited, but Tribeca Enterprises co-founder Craig Hatkoff said it will “resonate with an important audience.” He called it “an important component of Tribeca Enterprises’ plan to create a network of global multiplatform properties.”
