LONDON — Film and TV financing fund Aramid Capital Partners has appointed Yu Fai Suen as chief operating officer.Suen joins Aramid after nine years at distributor Momentum Pictures, most recently as senior VP, operations for Europe. Previously, Suen worked for MGM, Polygram and EMI Records. Suen started in the newly-created COO role this month and reports to Simon Fawcett, Aramid chief executive. Aramid comprises financiers Future Films, Screen Capital International and Stonehenge Capital. Aramid Capital Partners’ management team is headed Fawcett and includes Tim Levy, Future Films’ founder, David Molner, Screen Capital’s founder, and Thomas Adamek, president, Stonehenge Capital.
