‘Ratatouille’ promo a cheesy one

Disney rolling out 25x40-foot wedge at fests

There are plenty of cheesy promos out there, but Disney is really, um, milking the premise of “Ratatouille,” its toon tale of a Parisian rat with culinary ambitions, which bows June 29.

Following its successful road tour of the automotive stars of “Cars” last summer, the Mouse House will reportedly roll out a 25×40-foot wedge of cheese to various local festivals this summer.

Alas, the giant-sized cheese is a non-edible mockup. The promo display will, however, be accompanied by real local chefs demonstrating their techniques and cooking real food.
