CANNES — Aussie documentary “Not Quite Hollywood” has been pre-sold to Magnolia Pictures in North America, Optimum Releasing in the U.K. and Madman Entertainment in Australia and New Zealand.

Directed by Mark Hartley, pic focuses on the explosion of Australian genre cinema in the 1970s, following the liberalization of the country’s censorship regime in 1971. International sales are being handled by HDNet.
