The Little Film Co. has secured international sales rights to Avi Nesher’s “The Secrets,” starring Fanny Ardant, Ania Bukstein and Michal Shtamler.
Pic will have its international premiere at the Toronto Film Festival on Saturday.
“The Secrets” centers on two young Jewish women who form a friendship while studying at a women’s religious seminary in Israel.
“The Secrets” is produced by David Silber and exec produced by Sharon Harel. It’s the first film produced by Harel since last year’s sale of Capitol Films, which she founded with partners Jane Barclay and Hannah Leader in 1987.
