FarCor nabs ‘Uncommon Friendship’

Double memoir will be adapted into film

FarCor studios has secured the rights to adapt the book “An Uncommon Friendship” into a feature film.

The double memoir, written by Bernie Rosner and Fritz Tubach, tells the story of men who become friends in California after experiencing the Holocaust on opposite sides as children.

Originally published in 2001, “Friendship” received the Bruno Band Tolerance Book Award from the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
