MGM’s Sloan honored by charity

Chief exec to receive Keystone Award

MGM chairman-chief exec Harry Sloan will be honored by Los Angeles Team Mentoring, an organization dedicated to bettering the lives of underprivileged children through mentorship programs, at its ninth annual Summer Soiree celebration on July 20.

Sloan will receive the LATM’s Keystone Award for his contributions to the org and his commitment to charitable and civic causes.

Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone will serve as the honorary dinner chairs at the event. Past LATM chairman and previous Keystone Award honoree Kelvin Davis, a partner at private equity firm TPG, is the dinner chair.

The list of co-chairs includes Leslie Moonves and Julie Chen, Jerry and Linda Bruckheimer, Paula Wagner and Rick Nicita and Jim and Ann Gianopulos.
