The Intl. Emerging Talent Film Festival is rounding out events for its debut edition in Monte Carlo in May.
It is setting up the Global Film Forum to encourage filmmakers to work with developing countries, and the Global Film Expression, an educational initiative promoting filmmaking for those who don’t have access to such resources.
Marco Orsini, executive director of the Intl. Emerging Talent fest, made the announcement here at Berlin on Monday.
The IETFF also intends to become one of the few green fests, promoting environmentally friendly lifestyles and film production.
Fest, which unspools May 12-15, will screen 22 films in competition.
