AFM’s exhibitors are spread between the Loews and Le Merigot hotels on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, Calif. The majority of sales companies will reside at the Loews, with the adjacent Le Merigot housing three floors of sellers. About 435 exhibitors will take up 172,000 square feet of floor space at the two hotels.
Parking passes are available through the AFM for $100 each. Passes are valid at the beachfront lots next to the pier and just south of the Casa del Mar Hotel, as well as Santa Monica’s public lots along Second and Fourth streets, plus a new lot at Fourth Street and Civic Center (at the 10 Freeway entrance).
From 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., shuttle service will run along Ocean and Second Street with stops at the market hotels, screening venues and area parking lots (except the pier lot).
Buses will run between the AFM (from the Loews) and AFI Fest at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood for the fest’s Opening Night (Nov. 1) and Centerpiece Gala (Nov. 5).
More than 520 market films will show on 30 screens around Santa Monica in commercial theaters (venues below) and hotel screening rooms.
