Finalists to present projects in short pitches
The UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television has announced the four finalists for its Producers Marketplace event Thursday. Also at the event, Producers Guild of America prexy Marshall Herskovitz will present producers Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa with the Vision Award, given by UCLA and the PGA.
At the Marketplace, finalists will present their projects in five-minute pitches to a panel of industry judges. Winner receives the Marketplace award and a cash prize.
Finalists are Jeyun Choi for comedy “Note to Self,” Manuel De Seixas Correa for thriller “The Unwanted,” Philip Levie for comedy “Bad Boys, Crazy Girls” and Aram Tertzakian for comedy “1769.”
